This site has been running for a while now and I wondered if anyone had any positive news stories that they wanted to share as a direct result of the site. For example, as a result of reading this blog, I now use affirmations, manuka honey and have started goal setting. In fact, as a result, life is pretty darn good! So tell me, how has GSTF been of use to you?

This is the first group on GSTF. In the beginning, there was the word. And then … there was a group of words. These words formed sentences, eventually becoming posts at GSTF.
