Duncan Hamilton was a local sports reporter on the Nottingham Evening Post during the gilded age of Brian Clough at Nott'm Forest when he took them to the highest pinnacle in European football (European Cup winners, 1979 & 1980). He was there to document Mr. Clough's inner workings, the rough with the smooth. No journalist is likely to have such a relationship with such a remarkable manager ever again.
