We are currently using Akismet as spam protection script so it is possible that it might have detected it as spam. WHat i suggest is, there is an option in wordpress to add that person's email in whitelist. You can do it by going to options menu. Or simply, you can mail me the details, I will take care of it. :)

Right OK - so a 'whitelist' is like an access all areas type id?

Also lots of comments with youtube links and url links go into 'comments for moderation' so we assume that is Akismet doing its thing...
