Our first in the conspiracy theory series - feel free to start yours!

Did man really walk on the moon what with the wind blowing, shadows forming and hearty discussions ever since?

Do tell!

Well, I read some science article that said it's impossible to land on the moon which is why we haven't been back or repeated it.

It is still possible to land on the moon, but the cost effectiveness versus the value makes them decide to focus on other things like the space shuttle, the space station and using things instead of people. If they can get equipment onto other planets, they certainly would be able to land on the moon. I've been around aerospace engineers my whole life...much of their stuff is secret, but they can very calmly and with much detail explain why conspiracy theories don't hold up.

I do not believe in the conspiracy theories as they have all been addressed to my satisfaction. Questions that do arise, are more than satisfactoraly answered by my engi-nerd husband. However, the movie Capricorn One made quite an impression on me. It was a 1978 movie, just about the topic of NASA simulating a moon landing. The only film clip I was able to find is not very good, but there it is with a very young James Brolin. And, guess who one of the other astronauts was...O.J. Simpson, when he thought he was an actor, before he became famous for getting away with a double homicide. Didn't he also used to play football or some other sport! LOL!!

What's more worrying is not the fact that we landed on the moon, but what we saw on teh way there perhaps?

I have no idea how we can walk on moon when the gravity level is so low there..but then nice conspiracy theory..perhaps it is all made up so that we think that the astronauts really land on moon and walk on it, maybe even run on it?
