My mother had this plaque with a saying which said something like, “Smile, you make people wonder what you are thinking about.” Smiles like yawns are contagious.

I really do smile a lot to be fair! And I get asked a lot what I’m smiling about and I’m not sure what I am smiling about which I think is a slight worry.

But then other times I can be a right miserable be-atch.

And I, like Kathleen, look for affirmation increasingly less.

I hope your day went okay..the video is about 15 minutes, but well worth it.

I’ll get round to watching the video later but in answer to your question ‘when was the last time I smiled?’ – guess i’m lucky enough to be smiling most of the time.

You know the most bizarre thing? – Aside from a few funny looks, most people smile back.
