GO! Segment your life….

Posted on August 4th, 2009 by Jim

Ever tried to break your life down into segments of activity?

old funny 4

I’d add playing golf, going to the gym / cinema, writing, socialising and watching  box sets (I’ve just started entourage)into other segments. It helps keep life in balance, in perspective if you will.

To succeed in life, you need three things:  a wishbone, a backbone and a funnybone.  ~Reba McEntire

Feel free to  add your missing segments here! Cheers.

  1. Church, prayer, spending time with friends, writing, reading, cuddling with husband, therapy, doctors appointments and driving (big one out here). There are many more, but this is just off the top of my head.

      • Thanks for the concern Elton Hohn?. I try to watch it because I could drink it all day if I have it around, so at noon I stop drinking it. I’m probably at one-third of a pot. However, today was so hot, I got an iced latte. By the way, studies show that some coffee is good for you and besides I get more nutrients if I have the non-fat milk in my lattes. I do understand your concern. I used to drink a full pot by myself just in the morning and more throughout the day without any sleep problems…addicted then. Like shopping I was addicted to.

      • By the way, coffee drinking is segmented into eating.

Too many that are unfit for public consumption.

Legally I might be in hot water too – but I’ll just say in my spare time I like trucking, road is my home, a friendly face on the highways & laybys.

I really hope that Red Dog is into dogging.
