It’s all I can say right now as I’ve been requested not to publish any more details of personal emails from RYK to myself with I’ve agreed to do on the understanding that GSTF domain is unlocked and returned to me.

The gosmelltheflowers domain is still locked and he has the keys to unlock it which I’ve requested.

I’m still waiting for him to issue the authorisation code to either my godaddy or 1&1 accounts.

I suspect that as CEO of a global online flora company has better things to do than fight over a domain name that isn’t his. Either way my media drive and online activity should be used for positive things – not to plea to get my domain back but boy was I naive in terms of sharing passwords and agreeing to transfer from one domain provider to another.

There is no case for ‘crime police’ as all the content was backed up on other servers, which was always the case and as I was soley responsible for all the content. I’m hoping this claim is dropped and it’s only me to holds the keys.

As the tech guy was openly dismissed on the project to the Flower companies staff and instructed he was free to work for me from that day forth he was following my instructions.

My priority was to save the content, over 2,900 post submitted by over 35 writers around the world which to date has led to almost 50,000 comments. GO! Smell the coffee served to do that and was possible throug hthe free spport of a brand agency here in Dubai as everything shifted from flowers to coffee with ‘one journey, many discoveries’ replaced with ‘ wake up’.

One thing is for sure – this whole incident has me my really think what my online objectives are and I’m putting my thinking cap on on which direction to take flowers & coffee.

Some have suggested that the community / ies should be moderated to avoid any personal insults, attacks etc – as you did in a previous thread and I tend to agree. Also in the mix is the suggestion of any profits made are put into a trust for charitable causes – maybe flower companies can do the same as my experience with CSR initiatives and chairtable not-for-proift is another can of worms.

The reality is after 3 years of gosmelltheflowers I have yet to realise any profit and not sure I ever even want to! Flowers to save the world / coffee to pay the bills – either way a sites objectives need thinking out, planning out, sharing openly and excecuting as it does what is says on the label.

I’ll not share all the suggestions I’ve had via email but there’s some very original ones!
